Connect TicNote through Doubao
Start a new chat, install the Skill, then connect your TicNote account.

Confirm the Skill is installed
Once Doubao shows the Skill is installed, it will prompt you for a TicNote API Key.

Get your API Key from TicNote
Open TicNote Settings → "TicNote Key", copy your API key, then paste it back into Doubao to complete the connection.

Send your first command to verify
Send the example command below so Doubao can use the TicNote API Skill to find and summarize your recordings.

Connect TicNote with Feishu
Create a smart assistant task, install the Skill, then connect your TicNote account.

Create a task and send the install prompt
In Feishu, create a task, select the smart assistant, and paste the install prompt below.

Get your API Key from TicNote
Open ticnote.cn, click the avatar in the top right, select 'TicNote Key' from the menu, then copy the Key.

Return to Feishu to complete the connection
Go back to the previous task, send the API Key to the smart assistant. Once you see the connection success prompt, you can start asking questions.

Send your first task
Start with a read-only task to confirm the Skill can find and organize your recordings.

Connect TicNote with WorkBuddy
Install the Skill in a new conversation, copy the Key to connect your account.

In WorkBuddy, start a new conversation, paste the install prompt below and send it.

Confirm the Skill is installed
After the install completion prompt appears, WorkBuddy will guide you to provide your TicNote API Key.

Get your Key and complete the connection
Open ticnote.cn, go to 'TicNote Key' from the profile menu and copy it; return to the same WorkBuddy conversation and send the Key.

Let it auto-organize recordings daily
After installation is complete, send the prompt below to Feishu or WorkBuddy to create a daily scheduled task.
Every day at 6 PM, use the TicNote API Skill to find all recordings created today. Read completed transcripts and organize key decisions, action items, important ideas, open questions, and source recording names. Do not modify, move, or delete any TicNote content. If no new recordings today, reply: "No new recordings found today."
