Charging case 72.13 × 64.13 × 26.2 mm, built-in 32GB eMMC + 750 mAh battery. Each earbud 45.73 × 32.41 × 28.03 mm with 60 mAh battery. Navy Blue / Pearl White. Supports automatic one-to-two device switching.
Type-C charging cable, 200 mm length, 5V/2A output, 10 g weight. Charges the case (input 5V⎓0.7A), which charges the earbuds (output 5V⎓0.06A × 2). Case 0→full ~2h 10min; earbuds 0→full ~2 hours.

TicNote Pods is supported by the TicNote App. Search "TicNote" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download and install. China: ticnote.cn/download; International: ticnote.com/download.
Tip: When opening the App for the first time, grant microphone, Bluetooth, and notification permissions.
Activate & Add Device
The case connects to your phone via BLE. Open the TicNote App, tap "+ Add Device" — the system searches for nearby TicNote Pods. The earbuds connect to multiple devices via classic Bluetooth and support automatic one-to-two switching.
Note: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the case is within 10 meters of your phone.
Pairing Complete
The TicNote App shows "Paired Successfully". TicNote Pods is ready — double-click the charging case button to start or stop recording. Recordings are saved in AVO (opus) format on the case's 32 GB eMMC.
You're all set! Use the app to browse recordings, AI transcripts, and summaries, and export to MP3 or WAV.
Wear the Earbuds
Take both earbuds out and use the double-angle open-ear fit for a secure, comfortable wear. The acoustic chamber prevents sound leakage. The earbuds support automatic one-to-two device switching.
Double-Click to Record
Double-click the charging case button to start recording, double-click again to stop. Recording mode switches automatically: earbuds during calls, case otherwise. Files are saved in AVO (opus) format. Earbuds cannot record independently — keep them within 3 m of the case.
File Transfer & Export
Recordings transfer via BLE to the TicNote App. Playback supports AVO (opus); export supports MP3 and WAV. The case's 32 GB eMMC holds 2150 hours of recordings.
Charge & Reset
Charge the case (Type-C, 5V/2A): 0 → full in ~2 hours 10 minutes. Case charges earbuds: 0 → full in ~1 hour 15 minutes. Recording battery life: ~22h 20min without 4G, ~12h 48min with 4G. To restart, long press the case button for 20 seconds.
TicNote Pods comes in 4G and Wi-Fi SKUs. The 4G version supports different LTE bands by region, and 4G cannot be used across regions:
- 4G China version: 4G only in mainland China; elsewhere BT/Wi-Fi only.
- 4G Europe version: Roaming in EU countries + Australia & New Zealand.
- 4G North America version: US and Canada only.
- Wi-Fi version: Different SN for domestic vs overseas; no 4G band restrictions.
We recommend using 4G only in the region where the device was sold.
